Justin was fantastic! He always nails my haircut and does a great job of listening to what I’d like done. He also has great conversations, but there have been times that I didn’t feel like being too talkative and he didn’t pressure me into a conversation, which was nice too!

Princess B is excellent. Service is great. On the down side, your online reservation system used to be much better. MY TIME app shows appointment is not made at my end, but does show up at the store. I end up having to call to set the appointment, and the stylist loses a time slot. it's frustrating to use.
I have enjoyed the professional environment and service. The guy who greets me when I CapMetro in is always smiling and great first impression.
