She has a great personality and I would recommend her highly. I love the vibe of Floyd’s. It’s a comfortable atmosphere with great music and fun people.

Easy to schedule, the staff are so kind and professional, and I loved the free shampoo since it was my first time! It would absolutely be a 10/10 but, if there's going to be a free shampoo in the winter, I do think they should at least blow dry your hair too - I was worried I was going to get sick walking home.
