Michelle k was great!
Michelle always does a great job with my haircut and is always personable. One comment I have is about the app and online booking. Why are there 5 min increments between times? And are they now 20 min haircuts? That is too quick of a timeframe and I don’t like the feeling of being rushed.

I love that the barbers really listen and take time to make sure I'm happy with my service. I also like that Floyds has the products I use that I struggle to find elsewhere. I'm also super thankful that Floyds charges by length of hair and not by gender.
