APP is difficult to use if you are trying to see which stylists are available during a specific time frame. It makes you go through and select individual stylists and pick a time, only to then be informed they are unavailable. The website does this better.

Carrie H. gives a great haircut. And there was a hot towel and a shoulder massage and I am no longer sporting the 'random tufts of hair' look I came in with. Oh, and the peach fuzz on my neck is gone! Very cool experience.

Brio always goes above and beyond for either trying to make time for an appointment, help me through a style choice or product ideas/information. I drive past at least 3 Floyd locations specifically for him.

All the stylists are GREAT! I am always confident I'll get a good cut at Floyd's. This time I had Angel cut my hair - she's cut it before - and the cut is spot on, just what I wanted. She's a great person too, love chatting with her while she works. I've also gone to Brio, and will again if I can get time with him! VERY happy with the cuts I've received at Floyd's. I'm not one to be all that loyal to a salon, but I keep coming back to Floyd's!!
