Great haircut, nice people
Kirby was fun to chat with, had a great perspective, and it was easy to see that she is on top of the latest trends. I loved that she viewed herself as someone with a deep pool of knowledge, but also as a perpetual learner and teacher. This is a location where it feels like the staff is invested in the customers, the process, and each other.

Carrie G is absolutely one best to ever cut my hair. She's a professional at all levels, gives great detail in work. She very compassionate and is able to relate with her me. Having a good relationship with her, I'm able to feel comfortable and relaxed knowing I'm in good hands. She able develop the style that I wanted with such ease, checks on me if any changes needs to be made with both of us collaborating together. I'm extremely happy to have Carrie G cutting my hair.

Great customer service! Always friendly staff. They also discount haircut fee if they feel it's their fault. Example is a double booking or stylist is running late. They reduce final price of service which I think is fantastic.
