I’ve had good service at all the locations, especially the Evanston one. I also would like to add that as an LBGTQ ally I appreciate how diverse the people this location seems to employee are.

Everyone was nice and Ara (I think that was my hairdresser's name) had great attention to detail. The only reason for a 9 instead of a 10 is the prices are a bit higher than the average.
