I was seen promptly after my arrival. I didn't catch my stylist's name (checking the website, I believe I had Luci?), but she was knowledgeable about her craft and also made pleasant conversation, which was nice.
The woman who rang me up at the counter (again, I don't know her name) repeatedly pronounced "perfect" as "poyfect," which was charming.
Sonja was super friendly and definitely knew her stuff. I am very happy with my haircut and so glad to have my fade back!
The space feels incredibly inclusive. I love how when I walked in i could look around and see from the stations and the way the staff interacted with each other that the shop was inviting and inclusive.
Luci was warm, easy to engage with, understood what i wanted for my hair, efficient, professional, and struck the right balance between talkative and comfortable silence.
