Generally people are quite professional, but in as well friendly. They also get the job done well most of the time so I always tip nice well. You always keep those that perform well happy, but this is especially so when applied to family, significant others, your legal dealer, and last but not least your barber. Other than that the products are nice... not extremely expensive
