She listened to my ideas and she gave me ideas of her own and together we were both really happy with the haircut. She even helped me take pictures so that she could remember me for next time and I will definitely be back soon to see her again.

Your stylists pay attention to what you’re looking asking for. Attention to detail, super friendly and personable! I’ve gotten one of the pomades and it works amazingly well!
Dani is the BEST and she nails my cut every time.
I will say, it was dead when I was in on a Saturday at 12:10. Maybe it was just too close to lunchtime, but I remember just 10 years ago Floyd’s was hopping and so busy all the time. Maybe it could use a new wallpaper? Could still use same artists from classic rock it different images to spice things up a bit? Wallpaper is faded and it just feels like nothing has evolved over the last 10 years to keep that cool factor.

Ali provides amazing service. Always above and beyond. I did however recommend Floyd’s to a friend. Justin cut his hair but did not offer the neck massage. My friend said he basically got the bare bones service which was disappointing. Not sure he will actually return. Like I said, Ali was great.

Britt is a very professional and personable hair wrangler. Check in and check out is prompt and efficient. appreciate that things run on a schedule. Only issue I have is beyond the scope of Floyd's, and that's parking can be a real problem.
