Buggy website - I usually try to book through the website but almost always end up calling on the phone to book because the website glitches before I can complete the booking process.
Overall I think Floyd’s is a great company and business model. Be sure to share the wealth with your in-store staff and stylists - they are the reason I keep coming vback!
