I have to admit overall most of the barbers I’ve had there are high-quality with a few exceptions and most of the time the front desk person is really cool. My last interaction was not the best but overall, I really like the service products always smell amazing and high-quality but I have to admit the price is a little high if it was just a little bit lower I’d probably come more frequently.

Guy who does the check in feels like just the kindest dude. In a city like LA where service companies are peppered with fake cheery receptionists who talk like robots - I love the simplicity and the human touch.

This was my first time visiting Floyd’s 99 Barbershop and I’ll be coming back. Great value for a full service women’s haircut, nice and welcoming staff, and one of the best haircuts I’ve received in LA.

I like the environment. The people are often very sweet. The prices keep inching up. Careful on that. Nevertheless I’ve been coming for 15 years .
