I like the upbeat atmosphere at Floyd's in Studio City. Everyone is so welcoming that it nearly feels like I'm in an episode of Cheers. And of course I LOVE Dani - BEST haircut on the planet! I receive so many compliments on my haircut!

Since I started booking online, I find the whole process pretty seamless. My only complaint is that if you make an appointment with a stylist. Your appointment can get pushed back. In some rare cases, I’ve gotten a call saying they are running behind. But most of the time I just find out when I show up that it’s going to be another half hour. But I also understand how that could happen and I think an in demand stylist shouldn’t be punished from taking walk-ins because she has to wait for a client.

I like Britt. She's very chill, she did my beard very well I could never switch to someone else. I wish other people were exactly like her but so far there's no-one. I would definitely invite a friend at the same day where my appointment is at and after my appointment that friend should take his/her appointment.
