First time at Floyd’s Barbershop and my experience was great. I called to see if they had anyone that had experience with toddlers and they recommended Vanessa. She was great. Friendly, helpful and took her time to make sure my son’s hair looked how I wanted it to.

A lot of attention to detail, scalp massage, should massage, hot towel, neck shave...all create a great experience.
The shop was clean, and the barber tools and combs were also clean and appeared sanitary. Customer service was excellent, my barber was nice and personable. She listened to my instructions on how I wanted my hair cut and she gave me what I requested.
Thank You Arturo. My barber left the haircutting business and I needed to find someone else. Arturo at the Encino location seems to be my perfect replacement.
