Your night shift receptionist was unorganized. She gave me a call to see if I can come in earlier without explanation. I told her over the phone I was having trouble contacting my boyfriend who I made the appointment for to see if that was ok. But she said if I could come on 15-10min early that would be ok. I ended coming in at my scheduled time at 6pm for my Wednesday September 4th (appointment. Turned out the Barber Art ( which we love by the way) was over booked. So we agreed to come back when he asked us at a later time at 7:30 so he can give my boyfriend enough attention to detail with his service. I wished the receptionist told me in the first place he was over book to come back at a later time ( if it worked out for us) instead of leaving and returning back later. Other then this frustration. Art did a great job that night an will come back to him in the future!
