I really like the vibe and atmosphere. The music is great and the posters on the wall give it a cool feel. Most importantly, the people are friendly and make you feel at home. My barber, Jameson, was super kind and did a great job on my hair. He gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back and recommend Jameson and Floyd’s to anyone I know. Also, the product used, which I believe was the Layrite deluxe, had a great scent and gave the perfect amount of hold and flexibility.

Jose provided a fantastic experience! Not only was he knowledgeable about the Dodgers and Lakers, which was a nice touch, but more importantly, he listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered a great haircut. I only remember his name because he wrote it on his card, and I plan to return for my next haircut.

The pricing was fair, and the atmosphere added to the experience, with good music and cool posters giving the place a great vibe.

The woman who greeted me upon arrival and processed my payment at the end was genuinely friendly and even asked about my Halloween. It’s rare these days to find businesses where employees seem genuinely kind and take a genuine interest in your day. Reflecting on this survey made me appreciate genuine customer service's simple yet often overlooked value.
