The service was great!
The atmosphere is very non intimidating with music, I like the casual vibes. This last time I got a head massage and a hot towel on my face and it was a really nice added touch. Been going here for 10 years and this was my best experience so far: what I don’t like is all the turnover of employees. Pay them more so they’ll stay please!
Reasonable prices!!! Also appreciate the “a la carte” pricing (so to speak). Everyone is very nice at Encino shop, I’ve always had good experience there. Kless is especially great. She has cut my hair (shoulder length, layered cut) a few times & it always looks great.

The service was fantastic!
I arrived with no appointment and was able to be seen almost immediately which was surprising since I walked in around peak hours. My stylist was very professional and we even had a great little convo while she trimmed up my hair. I requested a 1-1/5 all around and I received just that with a nice little fade in the back. Walked out looking sharp with crisp edges and a smile on my face 🙂

Every time I come in, I’m greeted by a friendly staff member behind the counter. Whether having made an appointment or just walking in, they are very accommodating. Never a long wait, affordable, friendly and professional folks working there.

John was amazing! He listened and took his time and gave my son the perfect haircut. I’ve actually never loved a haircut right after a cut. It usually needs a few days to breath before it looks good but John did a magical job. Kudos to him!
