I love the leave in conditioned Refresh. My hair always looks and smells good. Wendy was my stylist. She was very friendly and upbeat. I purchased a Billy Jealousy Leave In Control. Wonderful smell is Devil’s Delight. I purchased for home use. The receptionist was very nice and offered me an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. I have been coming to Floyd’s 99 for 16 years, so I was happy when I moved and there’s a Floyd’s 99 nearby! Great hair all the time!

Once I found the stylist who could my hair the way I liked it cut, I have been pleased with the service. Your products are way too gummy for my hair, I don’t use them. As far as services, I couldn’t say, I only come there to get my hair cut.
