Every time I visit the Burbank location I am always greeted and welcomed with kindness. The staff is always friendly and professional. Cleanliness and neatness are present among all stations, counters, including the restrooms. I know what to expect when I go to this location. My haircuts are always as I expect and at a fair price. I also do appreciate the selection of hair products offered.

Everyone at this FLOYDS location is friendly and professional. The stylist I found there, Susie is great. I’ve been loyalty and exclusivity going to her for my haircuts for a couple of years now. She is skilled and attentive and always listens to what Im requesting. Which is important to me because sometimes I do switch things up. I’m so committed to this place and my stylist that if I can’t make it to this Floyd’s then I won’t get my hair cut until I can.
