Felt very comfortable with the whole process from arriving and waiting a few minutes, to sitting and talk with Graciela about what I wanted, then at the end getting the should massage. It was all so great.

I went to the Hollywood Way location because I'd received a bad haircut from a different hair studio in Studio City and was very happy with what Stephanie did with my hair. She changed it completely for the better and now I feel much better about wearing my hair down. I plan to return to Stephanie so she can fix my color as well.
