It would be nice to see a smaller markup on retail products. 2 or 3% less than Amazon pricing and I would buy at floydds. It seems like paul Mitchell products are usually 2 or 3$ less online. (5% or more)

Tina, my stylist, is always wonderful. She listens and is attentive to what I ask for. Always double checking to make sure its what I'm looking for. The receptionist, however, and I don't know her name, could have been a bit friendlier, though. When I was checking out, I said goodbye and have a great day to her, but she didn't look or make eye contact with me as she said goodbye back. That's all. But overall, I'm always happy to get a haircut at Floyd's.
