Ease of appointment making and quality

The availability of appointments is great and I always seem to find a good stylist to cut my hair the way I like.

I've had some mixed experiences with this Floyd's a few times in the past, with some having me questioning my continued business. However, after me and my family discovered your stylist Ninva, we've become loyalists to Floyds again. She always ensures we're satisfied with our cuts before wrapping up our appointment each time, showing a deep concern for our satisfaction prior to letting us out of her chair. And before anyone draws a parallel over us not being satisfied in the past to her showing concerns for our satisfaction, the two are unrelated. She does not know we were once detractors. Her cares and concerns are genuine, and it comes across this way. She's thorough, which makes a customer (me) feel super important. That's a nice feeling, especially when many of us don't always feel that way in our daily lives.

In addition, she always glows when she's present at work, like it's the place she wants to be. Nothing can make a customer more nervous than when employees at a business wear their bad day on the face. Ninva has never shown anything but positive vibes to us each visit, and is very welcoming each time we visit.

Ninva is a Floyd's Barbershop treasure, and a fantastic stylist. As long as she's cutting and styling for Floyd's, we're guaranteed to return over and over again.
