Garret is the best barber I’ve been to in years. I’ve recently moved to Colorado, down the street from Floyd’s HQ, but I fly back to California to get cut by him. I’ve received several hair cuts by other Floyd’s barbers, and been to finley’s and other shops but I keep coming back to Garret. He needs to train other barbers. He created a guide for me to give to other barbers to follow but his ability to identify head shape and hair growth patterns is what makes the difference.

I recently had a haircut in Hollywood at your Cahuenga store. The experience was extremely subpar. The stylist seemed like she hated her job. Customer service and hospitality were not in her vocabulary.
The experience made me choose to NEVER return to Floyd’s. But I had a $52 gift card and have ALWAYS had a great experience at Barranca.
