He is artistic, meticulous (we know that if you let him, then he can spend hours on you), and a pro’s pro. I like that I’m able to book an appointment using the app. It makes it convenient and minimizes the time I’m sitting, waiting my turn at other places that are walk-ins.

Nice shop and friendly and professional staff

Erika always does such a great job cutting my hair. She is always super friendly and nice to talk to and takes the time to make my hair just right even though I get appointments at the end of the day. And my hair looks fantastic - even my girlfriend loves it. On top of that she always remembers things I talked about before which shows that she cares. Yesterday she asked about a trip I took that even I had already forgot about already haha. Erika does an unbelievable job and Floyd's is lucky to have such a great person working for them.
