I called saying I was running 5 minutes late and was greeted warmly saying it’s not a problem and that they have room for me and not to stress. When I arrived I was greeted quickly and was reassured again that it wasn’t a problem I was a few minutes late. Dustin took care of me and he was exceptional. Customer service and skill were the best I’ve ever received while getting a hair cut. When the budget allows, I would gladly return to Floyd’s and have Dustin cut my hair again.

Sarah was my 💈 Barber and she was incredible! She worked around my sunroof (bald spot) and gave me a shoulder massage that near put me to sleep! She worked the ✂️ the 🪒 and the shaver like a doctor with a scapel! I am so impressed with how the results showed she listened to every detail I gave her and I felt like a new man getting out of that chair!

Deb has a very high skill level. That’s really all that matters with a haircut, but she is also personable and it is a good experience.
