I reached out to Jakob to explain our situation, he was kind to share our case with Keely in advance, which was extremely helpful, and she was great! She was patient and took enough time to explain and answer every single question my son had. She was professional and gave my son good advice on how to treat and look after his hair. She really listened to his concerns and only cut what was agreed on, my son felt comfortable and it went smooth. I’m happy with the outcome and we will definitely be back to book another service soon.
Amazing staff
The staff is consistently friendly, engaging, and great at what they do. I’ve been going to the Costa Mesa location for years and even though I moved, I don’t mind driving 20 minutes to drive to Floyd’s. Your staff is the best resource at Floyd’s and I want to give them, particularly Karen Soto at the Irvine location, a huge shout out. They are the Floyd’s experience.

Jestine was amazing as I was trying new hairstyle. Very helpful.
I was able to make a same day appointment and was seated within a few minutes of arriving. Despite doing a terrible job of describing the style I wanted, the barber was still able to give me a great cut. I will be returning, but definitely with a picture next time to make their job a little easier.
I like the number of options available

Went to Floyd’s 99 in Irvine after having discovered it in LA many years ago…didn’t realize there was one in Irvine! Dustin did a great job, took his time and created a perfect cut. Will be back as soon as the hair is ready to be cut again. And will definitely recommend to all my friends!
