Friendly staff
Crystal was phenomenal, she was calm and friendly yet still professional. Felt natural talking to her in that chair. If I come back it would be specifically because she made my first time at Floyd's enjoyable. And the hair product she recommended I buy is great so that's a plus ^^
What I like about Floyd's is that their services are great and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and the stylists are eager to meet the needs of the customer. I just wish they had more stylists who are experienced in cutting textured hair.
We have a Floyds approximately one (1) mile from our house (DTC) but we drive to the union station location because of Bobby.
Jessie Q is incredible! He definitely deserves to be one of the highest paid barbers there. He always does a wonderful job on my hair, and asks exactly what I want to make sure I’m happy.

Accommodating for me because I’m in a power wheelchair. They go out of their way to make sure there is space for me and my chair. Not many places are available to do so.
