It was my first time at the Union Station one. My hairdresser Jenn was so amazing, it was the best Floyds experience I have ever had and I have been going to the company since I was a teen. When I showed her my pictures on Pinterest she asked me in detail what elements about them I liked, she gave me a full run down, and really made sure I had what I was hoping for. A lot of stylists are scared to cut my hair super short or give me micro bangs, and she was brave, detail oriented, so kind and humorous, and really has a lot of expertise. I will be coming back to specifically request her, because she made reality the haircut I had in my head like magic. I still cant get over how cute she made it. My partner also came and saw Clyde, and they were so good to him as well (my partner looked so suave) and had a HUGE smile on his face. He is trans and getting a smart masculine haircut brings a glow to him and he still grins at himself in the mirror and checks it out. You guys have a really good team there. Thank you.

Everyone I’ve talked to always has the best suggestions. I say what i want to do with my hair and they explain what they think would work best for my hair type, make sure to explain what they’re doing as they do it so i’m always informed, and just make me feel very listened to and comfortable! I always leave feeling happy and confident with my new style.

I schedule with crystal everytime and she is awesome. Super nice person and great at what she does. I would recommend going to her and to Floyd’s every time.
