Crystal always provides great service with a great attitude. I drive about 40 minutes to see her because I haven’t found anyone as good since quitting my job downtown.

The employees are always respectful about what I choose to do with my hair, simply doing what I ask instead of trying to talk me into getting a different haircut. This is common among companies that are more LGBTQ+ friendly, and I consider Floyd’s to be a brand I trust as a trans person.

Every employee seemed happy to be there (which is huge in my book). All of the interactions I had were extremely positive and helpful! The place was very clean and we were extremely satisfied with the services provided.

My husband and I love the vibe at Floyd's Union station! Everyone is so nice and helpful with any questions! We love the style of the store and Allie is our favorite gal! She does so well for us both and we also love the location. Incredible staff and shop all around!
