Jesse cuts and colors my hair. He is knowledgeable about hair, about technique, and about the science of hair-products... and he readily shares his savvy with me -- quite appreciated. He cares deeply about doing an excellent job. A true professional. Which translates to me looking great after an appointment at Floyd's.

As for the Chestnut Street shop: fabulous mural, easy access via free Mall shuttle, convenient hours.

I'd like to see improvements in the website:
the online appointment process could better reflect the color-services offered;
be able to order products via online;
links should work, and pop-ups should display right.
