Reiterating my previous comments - CBA has a large, well-equipped, and clean facility. They focus heavily on customer service and completing vehicle repair or service work correctly. Recently I had a routine oil change on one of my vehicles and found a few dips of an oily substance on my garage floor the next day. I contacted CBA and they promptly took action to determine the the cause of the issue. The issue had nothing to do with the oil change, and yet they took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to find the source of the leakage. Problem solved - satisfied customer!! Thank you!

Julian does an outstanding job with customer service. Finding someone who you trust doing your vehicle repairs is very important to us and someone who takes care of of dealing with extended warranty companies and limit any out of pocket expense. He is the reason that we bring all 4 of our vehicles to Christian Brothers whether it be for routine maintenance, or bigger mechanical issues. Communication skills are outstanding. He goes above an beyone to make sure that we are taken care of and satisified.

The folks at Christian Bros did a great job working in tandem with a used vehicle we purchased from Heartland Auto - it’s my opinion that both companies stood behind their product and fixed the issues we had discovered after purchase. I would highly recommend both of these businesses to anyone and already have.

I am so pleased with the service I received from CBA. The entire process, from filing out the online form to using the shuttle service to pick up my vehicle once repairs were completed was unlike any other automotive service I have had.

I am not a car person and the assistant manager Julien answered all of my questions. He also didn't roll his eyes when I described my car as feeling "loosey goosey". In the report that summarized CBA findings, the issue, pictures of the issue, and potential concerns were laid out in a clear manner. While I didn't fully understand the issues, CBA was upfront about what was urgent, what could wait, and what would be good maintenance.

I spent a good chunk of money here and I feel great about it. I feel like it was an educated purchase and I have greater faith in my vehicle now! Down the road, I will only be returning to CBA and I will be recommending them to others.

They take care of my car. I was told I needed a new engine by the dealership. CB fixed the problem, no engine replacement needed. Front end people a courteous and respectful. Give you options if they discover other things wrong with the car.
