The people at Christian Brothers really care. I had service done and a couple issues came up that Walker addressed immediately. Knowing my schedule is completely crazy, they worked with me to get back in and even though the problem is not theirs they are doing their best to help me with getting it taken care of. Julien spent quite a bit of time to detail what they found so that I can have the problem taken care of, and they have said they will speak to the other service center if needed to assist in getting this resolved. They've made sure my baby is safe to drive and offered service beyond the appointment several times! I'm very appreciative of them all! From myself and all of us at Code 3 Divers, thank you!!

We got back from vacation and my truck battery was dead after sitting in the garage for a week. The owners of Christian Brothers - Grimes came to our home, jumped my truck, put some gas in the tank (it was almost empty), and ran diagnostic. They changed the battery and I asked them to perform other maintenance while it was in the shop. The team was kind, informative, and no pressure. Thanks for helping us out when we were in a bind!

The waiting area was clean. Staff was friendly and the service was great. The fact that you get an email with pictures of your service is fantastic and confirms the work was done or repairs are actually needed.

Christian Brothers opened a new branch in Grimes which is closer for me. The facility, management, and technicians are all top-notch!! It's great they offer a limited 3-year/36,000 warranty on their repair work. Their shuttle service is great as well! I checked prices with a dealership on some recent work, and they were actually a little higher priced, but I felt their quality of work and the warranty were worth it. Thanks for asking.
