The staff were very professional and courteous. While not uncommon to be greeted when you enter a business, it felt like they were genuinely happy we chose to use them over another company and they wanted us to know that. Upfront pricing and they offered shuttle service in town for my wife to get her vehicle after it was serviced. Will be trusting them with my vehicles for sure.

I’m extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of service from this team! Not even officially open yet, and they took my wife’s car that was towed in and worked on it in short order. They were honest and straightforward in their analysis and pricing and didn’t push me to order repairs I didn’t want. Above all, they went above and beyond to expedite a bunch of work on the car so we could have it back by the beginning of the week. The staff was friendly and trustworthy and they put service above all else.
Showed up on the first day of new location shortly after 7 AM. Was greeted promptly by friendly service manager. Set up an appointment for a couple of days later. On appointment day was advised by another service manager of what they would do on inspection of the struts and shocks (the problem area) they called with an estimate and kept us in the loop and called when the vehicle was done. Very Friendly and seem to communicate very well.

I loved my whole experience. I was greeted with kindness, I was updating on the progress of my car, it was taken care of early and I was welcomed and quickly checked out when my car was done. The office and waiting area was clean and new. I will be using Christian Brothers Automotive for all my future repair and maintenance needs.
