I like the way i was treated with respect, the professionalism, the estimate was right on, my vehicle was done sooner than I expected, and a free soda. What's not to like. This was my first time here and I see no reason to go anywhere else.

I especially appreciated the eye contact and greeting the moment I walked in the door. I was acknowledged by every adviser behind the counter.
I also appreciated the shuttle service. The drivers were very courteous and personable.
The work on my car was done in a very timely manner. I was especially pleased that the service rep focused on the problem and it was resolved so quickly. I was informed in a way I could understand before they did anything. That is very important to me.

I visited the Grimes location and found the team to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and bright and they did excellent work on my car.
