The staff are always friendly, patient and kind. My puppy starts racing to the door as soon as he’s out of the car, which to me is a great sign that he has a good day while in their care. It’s a safe place where he can play and we love that it gives him a chance to be with other dogs.
We just visited for Meet & Greet yesterday. I was impressed with extensive explanations of all of the various areas for dog greeting, grooming, boarding, and play areas and the staff knowledge about their area dogs. We'll try another day care day as my girl seemed to enjoy the first day.
My puppies love it there!
The coaches really know each dog and they treat them accordingly. Not putting dogs in rooms based on size but instead based on temperament and their past interactions makes all the difference. The facilities are also well cleaned and fun with bubble time and things to climb on. Having three separate rooms instead of one big warehouse with separated areas reduces the noise and overstimulation for some dogs. Juno is a handful and she is a pittie - two things that can make it difficult for her to make a good impression - but it’s clear that Dogtopia truly loves her and she loves them!
Dogtopia is very professionally managed. We were happy with the process of meet/greet and then the 5 hour trial stay since this gave us comfort that our dog would be comfortable with a 4 day & night stay.

Everyone has been really nice. I also like that every dog is evaluated before being admitted. I also enjoy being able to check in on my dog via the Webcam and the great pictures the team sends me.
The staff is so great, welcoming and truly loves your pet. My dog loves going there and i love that he is exhausted when he comes home.

Tonka likes his time at Dogtopia on Wednesdays. I have one concern that I will share: could the dog caretakers be more interactive with the dogs? I watch the cam occasionally and it seems like the dogs just walk around with no purpose. Please enlighten me if I’m getting it wrong. I am not criticizing the care. It is the best. Thanks!
