The staff was very welcoming. They took my dog right away and explained to me what they were going to do and why. They gave me a tour of the facility. I like the fact that the flooring is not concrete. I like that they focus on healthy socialization and cleanliness- two things that are not easy to do when dealing with lots of dogs. I left with a very good feeling about the facility. A few days prior my dog and I visited the local competitor. Dogtopia was by far the better facility in my opinion.

The staff is friendly, knows each dog by name, and obviously they're fond of dogs. Our puppy comes home exhausted after a day at Dogtopia, which is great. I've used extra services as well, including the spa and grooming services, and extended stays when we're traveling. He is always in great shape when he comes home, and the staff keeps in touch when we're gone.

I especially like using the webcam because I can see what's going on during the day. We've used daycare services in other cities where they not only have no webcams, they don't show you where the dogs spend the day when you go for an initial tour. In that case we relied on the recommendations of friends to put our puppy there.

The staff, capacity for daycare and their facilities are great. I felt completely comfortable leaving my puppy there for the day while I went into the office.

Very convenient & flexible drop off and pick up schedules. Staff get to know you and your dogs by name very quickly, so it feels much more personal. The tour/meet & greet was excellent and very informative. The app is convenient, and they get back to you about appointment confirmations very quickly, even after hours. The webcams are also great! Staff seem very knowledgeable and also LOVE the dogs :) I had a very good experience from the first time I walked through the front door, and I haven't been let down yet! :)

Cleanliness and organization

I love the webcams so that I can check in on my dog from time to time. She always looks so happy and it gives me great peace of mind. I also really appreciated the updates/photos during her longer stay! It always brought a smile to my face. I'm grateful to have found a place where my pup can have fun while I'm away!

Perfect. I love them.

I love how when I drop my dog off they greet him by name and give him love:) I love the webcam. I appreciate that they are attentive and let me know if anything abnormal is going on with my dog.
