First, they love my dog. Second, it's not as big as some of the other doggy daycares. I like the use of kennels at night as my dogs sleep in kennels at home.

All the staff I've encountered have been very nice and I love that the people at the front desk know Kovu as soon as they see him. I also like that this facility removes collars of the dogs for their safety.

Friendly and professional

The friendly staff who bend over backwards to help. They learn your name and always greet you cheerfully.

Our puppy and we love Dogtopia for both daycare and boarding. We know he's being well cared for and loved, and that he's getting lots of exercise.

The one thing that we'd change if we could is to improve the system for dogs peeing and pooping. We realize it's difficult with so many dogs each on its own biological clock, but our pup still poops inside if he doesn't get our attention quick enough. Even though the dogs at Dogtopia pee all the time in the rooms (I check the webcams a few times a week), Finn seems to have learned not to do that at home. But pooping is a different story. We do take him out on a pretty regular schedule, but he doesn't poop just because he's outside. He's likely to wait until we come back in, want to go back out shortly thereafter, and then poop inside because we haven't responded quickly enough. So some better training on the part of Dogtopia would be helpful, or maybe you just need to tell those of us still dealing with housetraining how you get the dogs to poop when they're supposed to. If you've got a system, maybe you could provide written guidance for us newbies.

I love the personal service you get when you come in to Dogtopia. The staff is very friendly.
You get a sense that everyone there really cares about what they do and the dogs that come in.
I also like the idea of when your dog is boarded, they are in together rather than in separate blocks, which keeps them feeling less lonely. And, I especially appreciate your groomer Cassandra. She takes pride in her work, cares about each dog, and is professional at what she does.
