But how you fix a problem can say even more about your character: Recently, they accidently handed me the wrong bar stock- everyone makes mistakes. I called them, they were very accommodating in fixing the issue. To me, this spoke volumes about their level of customer service. I will go to them for everything I can, because I know they will take care of me.

The prices are a steel. No, the guys very helpful like they have been for years. The new management have the different materials much more organized. The are hands on helpful, or if you like me just don't know 100% what you need they let you take your time to look at everything.

Only ordered once so far, but the price was reasonable, the people were very friendly, and the business was easy to find. I'll go back to order more when I need anything. I'll also need some metal to help restore my Austin Healey Sprite and two 1967 Camaros. Of course, I'll need products for fixtures and miscellaneous stuff to complete all the restorations.
