I could look and touch at everything that I bought. That's huge for me being a novice I know where I need to end up but don't have product knowledge to know all the terminology to do an off site order. Everyone in the store was helpful and understanding dealing with me and getting me to the right material. Thanks to everyone there and I'll be back when I get my next project in my head!

The staff is outstanding. I am usually able to find what I need in the drop section but do frequently purchase frome the new metal selection. The in stock selection is great.
I may have given a 10 but I’ll have to say I would tell them it took 4 days to get a small piece of aluminum when I was told at ordering it would be available the next morning
