Several things, staff, product assortment, having metal cut to length saves time and money. Just a great business idea helping the home owner or small business obtain the right material fast in a clean environment.

The fact that you can talk to them..... They know their products and know the industry. All the staff is great to talk with. They aren't these dirty shops that have a guy that's pushing 400 yo and seems to need a snickers bar every day. Courteous and able is why I love them. My only problem I wish I was rich to buy more metal from them!

Walter and Stephen in the Providence/Warwick branch were excellent to deal with sourcing some pipe for a solar ground mount. I was able to pass along the specs for what I needed and they pretty much handled the rest including coordinating the delivery to the jobsite. Responses were prompt and everything moved quickly - can't ask for much more.
