Made a small purchase online. When I called to check on it I was told it was ready for pick up. I arrived and they could not find it but they said they would check on it Monday and get back to me. They did just that and told me it was not in fact ready but was in process. They were kind enough to ship it to me for free since I live 2 hours from the store. Great communication and customer service especially in today's day and age of poor customer care.
I would not hesitate to purchase again from them.

It was easy to order and the service was fast enough for my needs. Ordered 18g. 316SS sheet to use as a backsplash and was exactly as I needed it. It was square and all I had to do is drill my holes and put it on the wall. Worked great and was super easy to pick up.
