Cut to order and no charge, that's a big deal, seemingly minor, but but opens up a customer base for small-medium-large orders that can be cut to length within an industry tolerance ( .003" / .005" very important, take this seriously, including basic de-burring ) consider adding laser cutting to length, for additional precision, and marketing value.

I recently visited the Jacksonville location in search of some tube steel for a project I was working on. I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for so the gentleman at the desk pointed me to the “grab and go “ rack where I found a sample that would work for my needs. I was able to place my order for 20 feet of tubing. It was quickly cut and loaded in under 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the professionalism and reasonable price. I will definitely be back soon.
