The products appear to be of good quality, pricing is reasonable, and the service is outstanding! It was easy and fast to obtain an estimate for the materials I needed. Once I placed my order, a "ready by" date was established and the order was ready as promised. The order involved a large number of cuts of three different size square tubing and this was executed accurately without exception. In a display of real customer care, I received a post sale call to confirm that the material provided and service met my expectations. It was refreshing to find a supplier that provides good value and offer great customer service!

I was shopping for an aluminum "rail" that I could use to install a "RV sunshade". After stopping at other "aluminum" sales warehouses, I did not see what I was loking for. So,I called Metal Supermarket Warehouse and tried to explain what I was wanted. "Send me a picture if you can" was the reply. I uploaded a "cross section" of the aluminum rail I was looking for and MSW sent me an instant quote for the rail and said "We can have it tomorrow!" The "rail" was just what I was looking for and was less expensive than I expected [probably shouldn't say that!] but i was amazed to say the least. THANKS CHRISTINE!
