Price is important but Customer Service and inventory are more important to me.

The service is fantastic and I am able to purchase smaller quantities per foot when needed.
Convenient location and navigable with a long trailer. Friendly and helpful staff. The one suggestion I would make is to post the length of the products as they are in your warehouse. I originally ordered ten foot lengths and noticed that the warehouse staff was getting ready to cut my order. I stopped them and had the office bill be for the extra footage. Yes I will have metal leftover, but I always have a project going and will use it. This could help cut waste and repair costs on the saw.

Having a local, well stocked and quick turnaround metal source is nothing short of awesome. I'm ordered supplies for personal as well as work projects and never had to worry about quality or delays. The only "negative" thing I could say would be that if their off a little on the cut, it is always in your favor. Good people, solid supplier, I'd never go anywhere else.
