Our office is not far from the Hampden location in Denver. I walked in one day to check the place out, and Sarah was kind enough to show me around, explain all the different types of services, and since then, I have been working with Sarah on all my orders; she has been amazing! From helping quote items out, suggesting alternatives, workarounds, being transparent on lead times and double/triple checking on custom cuts. This last order was truly monumental in demonstrating how important it is to find the right vendor, and, really, I think it's more about connecting with the right person within the organization. I placed an order for qty 50 Sch 40 pipe with 4 holes cut into each pipe. Sarah continued to update me on the order and the ETA; and when it was ready for delivery, it went straight to our powder coaters. I did not have to lift one finger. I even tried to help unload, but your delivery driver coordinated with the powder coaters and made it a seamless process. Truly, connecting with Sarah at Metal Supermarkets has made my life so much easier and makes me look like a superstar at work.
