I really appreciated the staff in the Tempe (Phoenix west?) location. Attentive, knowledgeable. I was treated like a big client when I'm buying $40 of off cuts. I stood next to someone buying a literal truckload of steel, we were all treated the same way: as a customer. That's how it should be. Well done, keep it up!
Please read this, though: don't ask customers for feedback and then stop them to prove they're a human. I'm taking the time to give you feedback, you shouldn't be asking me for anything more; once I click on that link, you roll out the red carpet. Figure out how to turn off CloudFlare from your feedback user flow, that UX is *not good*. Use some compute budget for AI prefiltering or tagging, like they do on school kids' papers. The onus to filter bot spam is on you, not your customers.
