All of the stylists are great. Natasha in particular did a great job, was very knowledgeable and helpful with my hair needs. All of the products available are good and the giant bottles of shampoo and conditioner have been game changers.

The only thing I don’t like is when paying and the tip option comes up it’s set up with 25% as the lowest choice. I know I can change that, but it feels like I’m being manipulated to tip a minimum of 25%.
Gloria does a great job with my mid length curly hair. She gives great styling tips and really seems to care about me.
