Staff is super friendly. There are many talented barbers. I like the fact that there are coloring pages and suckers for the young kids. It would be great if there were coupons every once in a while to save a little bit of money. Christina is the best. She’s so sweet and so knowledgeable. We’ve had a good experience with whoever we see.

I brought my nine year-old son Name removed in to see Savannah. He had a picture already picked out and she was amazing doing a design on the side of his head and making sure he loved it. She was so patient and professional I would recommend her and this establishment to anyone. He actually had his first haircut at Floyd’s barbershop down on Mills at that location. We thank you for all your professionalism and dedication to making memories and experiences great..

The barbers and the workers at the front desk are friendly and are amazing at their job. The quality of the haircut is fantastic and Floyds take walk in which is the best in my opinion since you don't need to make reservations unless you asking for someone particular to do your hair.
Jay is the go to for our family. They took over an appointment going very sideways for one of us, who was giving him what we call neck bangs and made it a great one in the end. They understand disabled, neurodivergent, and weary people needing a fresh reset. We can't always book with them but the service at this location is great overall. Even when I had a different stylist this week, my hair wasn't cut the way I was wanting (not knowing HOW hair is really cut), until she asked me to look it over and it wasnt it for me. I showed her my reference photos again and told her what i was not happy with. In the end we got there and there was no frustration or awkwardness. Everyone is very kind and for the last year we've come to this location because of it. Just say no to neck bangs...would not reccomend XD

I enjoy that my godson gets treated well and the men speak to him and ask him if he likes his hair cut and treat him like a big boy he’s 4 yrs old and doesn’t like no one to touch his hair so Xavier is his barber and enjoys his hair cuts Xavier also puts some product in his hair and always asks if he likes he which he does he says Nina do my hair like this so I’m happy over all and will be back
