My kids always get great haircuts, the stylists listen to them, and I never get products “suggestions” that I’m expected to purchase without asking for help first.
Everyone is kind, professional, and i always get a good haircut. I see Chelsea each time, she's like family and i look forward to seeing her when i come in. Great quality and service but it is slightly more expensive than other places. It's worth it to me.

I've had other stylists before Ariel and gone to other Floyd locations. They're all very good at what they do and you can tell they're well trained. That is what got me to keep coming back initially. After my first appointment in Ariel's chair, I now go out of my way to go to the Cinema Point location. She has a fantastic personality and she's always down for whatever weird antics I want to do with my hair. She's also always makes great product recommendations that helped me achieve what I'm looking for.

I enjoy the ease of booking an appointment. It would be nice if there was an easier way to see a particular stylist/barber’s schedule. Also, knowing exactly what services they provide. For example, I’ll select eyebrow waxing but then learn at my appointment that they don’t do that.
Everyone has been welcoming whenever I’ve gone. Ivonne and Crystal at South Loop are great!
