I have been going to my local Floyd's 99 Barbershop for a long time, and while I have had many good people cut my hair over the years, I look forward to my appointments with Brailey for the past several years. Starting with her greeting me as soon as she is ready, knowing that she remembers my desired cut details when I sit down, and picking right up from our prior conversation leads to a great experience. When it is time to leave, I leave knowing that I got a great cut / service and enjoyed my time in the chair with her.
While prices have certainly jumped over the last several years for a variety of reasons, I remain hopefully that corporate does not out price itself for standard haircuts because as a long time customer, I enjoy my Floyd's experience and particularly the service from Brailey.
