Everyone is so nice. They always welcome you with a good afternoon or good morning. It’s such a great environment and I feel relaxed and comfortable while getting a haircut.
The service overall was great. The haircut was a basic request but the person who cut my hair, it was clear, that they had little experience cutting hair. It was uneven and they used an expo marker to outline the part that I requested. I would have preferred for them to say that they didn't have the expertise and I would have rescheduled.

It was my first time back at Floyd's in quite a while, but I was able to get right in without an appointment, and Meli did a great job on my hair. She cut it exactly like my girlfriend wanted it cut, and she's the one who normally cuts it. So, high praise for Meli! I'll be back and will be sure to schedule with her.
